ReCar uses original, certified spare parts and consumables when servicing and repairing Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar vehicles.
The warranty on original spare parts is set by the manufacturer for 6 months or 10 thousand km.
The warranty on repair and maintenance work performed at ReCar service centers is given from the date of completion of the work or the transfer of the repaired vehicle to the Customer. The warranty period is established in accordance with Appendix No. 4 of the “Rules for the provision of services for maintenance and repair of motor vehicles”, approved by order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine No. 615 of November 28, 2014, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2014 at number No. 1609 / 26386.
Warranty obligations do not apply to repaired electrical control units. In the event of the output of the electrical control unit, according to the requirements of the manufacturer’s factory, it must be completely replaced. We remind you that in the “gray” market of Ukraine, 80% of the spare parts sold are fakes that are not guaranteed, neither from the manufacturer nor from the seller.
